That day, I received an interview invitation from sehefashion, a foreign trade company, and rushed there. SEHE gave me a very different impression from the companies I had interviewed before. The interviewer was a warm, polite, clean and neat image, and a gentleman with a righteous spirit. What I thought was a good or bad job was determined by salary, development prospects and company leadership.
In talking with the interviewer to understand, I was having doubts. Considering that all the previous contacts were with famous companies in China, if I came to a company established not long ago in 2015, would there be no room for development, and would the system of benefits be very general?
I was hesitant to talk to the interviewer for more in-depth understanding. The interviewer was very perceptive and knew that as a college graduate and a non-HR professional freshman, I was still lacking if I was competent for HR work. But I really wanted to work in this area, and I expressed my desire to the interviewer, and he nodded and looked at me more closely and asked questions, and we talked for almost two hours.
I was holding my breath, facing the interviewer's questions, and I knew I hadn't answered some of them well, and I was chagrined, but my determination to get into this company was also ignited. Through the information conveyed to me by the interviewer, SEHE is a company that attaches great importance to human resources and has greater authority than other companies in terms of personnel. I felt that the original setting of HR in my mind was overturned. It is easy to do HR, but it is not easy to do a good job as a qualified HR!
I hope I can do my best here to make SEHE stronger and myself stronger! I see the career scenario I expect in SEHE, and I will stick to it without forgetting the original intention!
In my subsequent daily work, my boss, who was also the interviewer that day, taught me to be serious and careful in doing big and small things, not to disregard small things, and to start from zero and finish from there. At SEHE, I experienced the mutual love and help between good friends in school, and the little surprises in life. Integrity, altruism, empty cup, and persistence are the values of SEHE, the spirit that we all must have in SEHE!
Thank you for reading My Heart When I Met SEHE, I hope it will give you a reference.
