People need to grow and how to grow, and learning is the most basic way to promote growth. But the simpler something is, the less it is valued. By not valued, it is possible to think that learning is a chore. Or rather, learning is a very hard thing to do. Because only by insisting on continuous learning can the thick and thin hair, in this impetuous social environment often also cause the impetuous heart, impetuous heart is very afraid of "thick", but only think of "thin". Not thick accumulation can be thin hair, is it possible?
Of course not!
Therefore, sehefashion foreign trade company sees the reality of impatience, but also does not fear the reality, but faces the reality directly, founded and insists on reading to purify the impatient mind, reading to expand learning knowledge, reading to develop the width of thinking, reading to relieve work pressure SEHE reading learning camp, which we call "SEHE Cheng Chang Camp We call it "SEHE".
Some people may ask, "Why "Sincerity" instead of "Growth"?
"Sincerity" can be directly broken down into integrity and growth. Integrity represents a spiritual level, in terms of mentality, while growth represents more of a behavioral level, in terms of action. The slogan of SEHE Camp Sincerity is "Integrity in Mind, Growth in Action", which shows that through the learning in Camp Sincerity, we hope that we will not only acquire spiritual cultivation, but also apply what we learn to improve ourselves. At the same time, the camp uses group learning to achieve self-discipline and the accomplishment of learning goals.
In the second SEHE Camp, we started the morning reading on December 14, 2021, and finished reading Kazuo Inamori's "The Way of Life" on January 20, 2022.
The core of this book is mainly about the philosophy of life, what is the meaning of life? The book focuses on the philosophy of life, what is the meaning of life?
Chapter 1: Realizing the ideal
As we flirt with the daily but far-reaching meaning of the saying: people need to have an ideal, otherwise what is the difference with salted fish. For people to do business, they need to have their own ideals and goals to achieve, otherwise no sense of direction of the ship is easy to get lost in the vastness of the sea. And must have a long-term vision, stand in the future to see and examine the present themselves, clear their own direction, with a strong desire to continue, and with the spirit of perseverance to the end, the result can only be success. There is no shortcut to success, if there is any secret, it must be only two words of persistence. But often many people insist on today, also insist on tomorrow, but in the night before the dawn of the day after tomorrow but gave up. Paid 99%, but did not adhere to the last 1%, that all the efforts can only be "empty sadness". Just like the law of bamboo, the first four years of bamboo only grows four centimeters, and in the fifth year will be "astonishing" to 30 centimeters of rapid growth, only six weeks of time to 15 meters. So success requires accumulation, accumulation, perseverance and continuous effort. As the song goes, "Let's go all out for the dream in our hearts, how can we see the rainbow if we don't go through the storm, no one can succeed at will.
Chapter 2: Thinking in terms of principles
Since we know that we need to set ideals in life, how should we set ideals and what criteria should we use to judge whether they are right or wrong? There are thousands of problems in the world, but how should we solve them and think about them in a complicated and confusing way? Kazuo Inamori has stepped away from all the complex issues and stood on a higher plane to tell us that everything is simple, that complex issues are simplified, that the essence is grasped, and that everything in the world can be returned to the original starting point: what is right as a human being? Whether it is setting goals or considering all worldly issues, we must start from the original essence of what is right as a human being. If we consider all the problems with a simple and good intention, everything will be so simple.
In the face of today's materialistic and restless society, some people will pursue faster profits, while others will follow suit and go with the flow, ignoring the most basic starting point of "what is right as a human being" for the sake of obtaining short-lived profits. "With this very simple belief, Kazuo Inamori put the most basic philosophy of life into his management, resulting in Kyocera and KDDI both entering the list of the world's top 500 companies.
Chapter 3: Refining the soul and improving the mind
Life is a practice, in this path of sorrow and happiness, the seven emotions, sweet and sour, bitter and spicy, a variety of flavors ... In the face of all the trials and tribulations, in the pursuit of the ideal road, there are inevitable ups and downs, inevitably doubt the decision they have made, in the end the ideal road ahead is the right one? If on the road to your ideal, your own heart and mind are weak or faith is not strong enough, then it is not the ideal that gives up on you, but you give up on yourself first. This is why the road to success is crowded with people, while the real success is often only a few people. What is the meaning of life? Life is to constantly refine the soul and improve the mind. Being human must focus on the cultivation of the mind, the heart is the starting point of everything. All failures must first open from the gap of inner failure. Therefore, for an enterprise, talent is the fundamental to promote the development of the enterprise, and "virtue" is the fundamental to judge the talent. "Virtue" includes the inner spiritual cultivation of human mind and character. The inner pattern, resilience, toughness, characterization, etc. are the details of the so-called spiritual cultivation judgment. The most basic way to hone the soul and improve the mind is to preserve a simple and beautiful heart, so as to continuously cultivate the heart. To this end, cutting off the "three poisons" of greed and anger is the fundamental way to maintain a pure and beautiful heart. Although we can't do it like practicing Buddhists, we can keep reflecting on ourselves every day, and weeding out the bad parts of our heart little by little, so that the good things can live in your heart little by little. If your heart is full of sunshine, the whole person is glowing, like a halo on top of your head, shining like a whole person. If your heart is full of darkness, it is inevitable that you will slowly lose yourself and eventually drown in the darkness, losing yourself and losing your life.
Chapter 4: Living with an Altruistic Mind
The difference between heaven and hell is mentioned in the text, and it is still fresh in my mind. People in heaven are all smiling and content, while people in hell are all skinny and weeping. The difference between heaven and hell is that people in heaven use long chopsticks to pass the noodles to the people around them, while people in hell hold short chopsticks and think only of their own interests, feeding the noodles into their own mouths, fighting for them, and as a result, the noodles are scattered all over the place and no one gets to eat them.
This story is easy to understand, but it contains the deepest philosophy of life. To be altruistic in life is the root cause of resolving conflicts in all things.
If in the face of problem solving, everyone is selfish and self-serving, then for the problem to be solved, especially when the negotiation or communication, not only will not have any results effect, but we will all fight with each other red, and even will fight. Therefore, a simple altruism can easily solve the so-called contradiction of everything. Altruism is self-interest, and eventually the "blessing" must come back to you.
This reminds me of another simple story, "A Bowl of Noodles". A thin, ragged boy was standing in front of a store looking at the hot noodles inside, but he could not move his feet. The boy looked at the shopkeeper with tears in his eyes, as if all the words could not replace the gratitude in his heart. Ten years later, the shopkeeper suddenly collapsed one day in the store, the daughter immediately sent him to the hospital, but saw the high medical bills, the daughter instantly tears, they simply can not afford. When the daughter walked towards the doctor's office to inform them that they had decided to give up the treatment, the doctor took out the bill, and the daughter looked at the attending doctor in amazement and bewilderment, and it turned out that the doctor was the same young boy who was standing in front of the store starving and powerless that year.
A simple story, but touched the softest spot in my heart, and tears slowly dripped down from my eyes at some point. If we can all return to our true selves and deal with things altruistically, there will be warm sunshine everywhere in this world.
Chapter 5: Harmony and Harmony with Cosmic Currents
From the initial proton, neutron, meson, etc. slowly fusion shape, and finally evolved, the universe everything has laws and laws of development, and the will of the universe to promote the morphology of all living things. Imperfection leads to perfection, imperfection leads to beauty. Man should also follow the laws of the universe and be in harmony with it. Imperfection is the opportunity that the universe purposely leaves to man to be constantly perfect. Through the continuous generation of the body, the heart is also growing, and everything is that follows the laws of the universe to move forward naturally. But no matter what stage of development we are in, we must insist and return to our "true self", with the original intention of "what is right as a human being", and continuously improve our mind and refine our soul in the process of life, so that even if our physical body dies in this world, our soul will start a new journey. Since we are not able to become enlightened like the "high achievers", let's use our "true self", our reason and conscience to sharpen our mind.
For more than a month, every morning for 10 minutes, we read Kazuo Inamori's "The Way of Life" together with perseverance and "Sincerity", and although my seven senses did not open immediately, I felt my mind was open and refreshed. Isn't it also a gradual step into the state of "enlightenment"? After reading "The Way of Living", my perception of life rose instantly from daily eating, drinking, pulling and scattering to honing my soul, and from the ups and downs of life to improving my mind. Everything is determined by the heart, reading a book "The Way of Life" is a simple text, but in every moment of reading, every moment of comprehension, inadvertently let the mind be cultivated and nourished.
Let's make our work and study routine together with self-discipline, take study as the spiritual food of three daily meals, and refine every day with continuous strong desire and down-to-earth labor, so as to advance our life continuously forward and progress, and advance our work gradually closer to the ideal place!
