For some reason, two words have been popping up in my head lately: hibernation. Since the mind has been reminded, let's talk about hibernation today.
When I talk about hibernation, I have to think of: hibernation has settled down, startled up to the future.
Do you immediately think of summer cicadas? The cicada hibernates for four years in the darkness of the ground, growing slowly from a larva, then crawling out of the ground when the time is ripe, spreading its wings to rival those of birds of prey, flying up to the dense branches of trees, singing in the daylight and enjoying the wind on the branches, and this time only lasts for five weeks or a month or so, hibernating for four years, only to fly up to the branches and sing with a loud voice for a month of joy. French entomologist Fabre summarized the life of cicadas in one sentence: cicadas bathe in the wind and dew, drink the spirit of heaven and earth, absorb the essence of all the trees, hibernate for four years, in exchange for just a short month of life in the spring. Some writers and scholars thought that cicadas gathered energy and waited for the opportunity to break out of the ground, which was a symbol of purity. There is even Li Shangyin's "Cicada": "It is difficult to be satisfied with the high, but I also raise my family to be clean. Yu Shinan's "Cicada": "The sound of the cicada is far away, not because of the autumn wind. All of them are a tribute to the cicada's hibernation.
Do you immediately think of spring bamboo? Bamboo takes root for three years, and once it breaks the ground it can grow for three years a day. In the first four years of growth, the bamboo grows just 3cm, and from the fifth year onwards, it grows at a frantic rate of 30cm per day, reaching 15 meters in just six weeks. In fact, in the first four years, the bamboo extended its roots in the soil by hundreds of square meters. This is the famous "bamboo law".
A horse can't take ten steps; an old horse can't take ten steps. Four years of accumulation, into a pale jade bamboo; four years of dark solitude, to get the golden cicada shell. Hibernation is persistent, is cultivation, but also precipitation.
Life needs to hibernate, the daily rising sun, sunset; spring flowers, autumn moon, summer lotus and winter snow; every day encountered by the occurrence, whether it is happy or sad ...... All of these are in the cultivation of life, improve the nature of the heart. Only for the higher realm of the mind cognition and enlightenment epiphany. As the saying goes, look at the mountain is not a mountain, look at the water is not water, life is a cultivation journey, only the first day to day hibernation refinement growth, can really see the reality, and can smile without fear of reality.
Work needs to hibernate, success is not overnight, countless days and nights of hard work is hibernation, only for one day astonishing. Everyone looks forward to success, but it must be through hibernation, growing, day by day, in order to step by step to the road to success.
Entrepreneurship needs to hibernate, with a distant mind on the ground, do a good job of daily management and steady growth, is the way to develop the business. Overnight riches and fame will come quickly and will dissipate quickly. Everything has its balance development law, walking outside the law, may be its backlash.
Hibernation is increasingly refined, is never an excuse to lie flat. If the summer cicada does not have four years of daily growth underground, how can it break out of the ground one day, full of wings and sing itself? Spring bamboo without the first four years of root growth, spreading a hundred meters, and how can do after the fifth year of three years a day, surprised to the future?
Hibernation, need patience need toughness more need faith. Three feet of ice is not a day of cold, dripping water through the stone is not a day of work. May we all be able to take tough faith, accumulation of hibernation, and practical action, so that we can witness together: startling up to the future.
